Correcting paint is a lengthy and labour-intensive task that removes defects and imperfections in paintwork, such as swirl marks, scratches, buffer trails, oxidation, and etching from bird droppings. By utilising the best products and safest techniques, we can transform paint in any condition to a whole new level of clarity and shine, without reducing the paint thickness.
Typically, we can ensure a full correction of over 95% of paint defects present (subject to paint depth and defect severity) with the process taking an average of 20 – 40 hours to complete. Correcting paint can frequently eliminate the need for an expensive respray and often restore the paintwork to a level superior to the original factory finish.
Following our paint correction process, clarity will be restored, and you will observe that light is perfectly reflected, with the colour of the vehicle greatly enhanced, resulting in a breathtaking finish, sometimes better than the day your vehicle left the factory.
Kindly note: Paint correction will not repair stone chips or scratches that have penetrated through the lacquer – these are beyond the scope of any machine polishing! Compromises must be made on areas with thin clear coat where it would be impractical to sacrifice lacquer and risk burning through.
2 Stage Machine Polish - From 350€
Emphasises paint that has moderate swirl marks and light scratches and comprises two stages of machine polishing. Initially, an abrasive cut using a compound removes the swirls and light scratches. Next, the paintwork is refined with a finishing pad and polish to enhance the gloss after the cutting process. Our goal is to achieve approximately 80% defect correction.
Multi Stage Machine Polish - From 500€
This tier of paint correction is tailored for paint that has heavy swirl marks, scratches, and other defects, involving multiple stages of machine polishing to pursue paint perfection. Our objective is to achieve 90-95% defect correction.
